A refreshingly different way to spend three hours, this hands-on class offers you the chance to learn the basics and more of traditional Indian cuisine in Prett's own home.
We have devised a range of sessions, from basic through to advanced levels, including several themed courses such as seafood, vegetarian Indian Cookery and Indian Preserves.
Prett will talk you through the day's menu and give a general introduction to the spices being used. You will then start cooking under her expert tuition, learning everything you need to know to enable you to cook an authentic Indian meal. You'll also learn about accompaniments, pick up presentation ideas and discover options for serving, before finally sitting down to enjoy the fruits of your efforts along with the rest of the group. Dates and times can be arranged at the time of booking.
